Go for a long walk, at least 2 hours.
Detox Day 2 - Start building up my body
Light food, much fruit and water - no juice, no coffee or tea. Go to the gym, take a class of Pilates.
Detox Day 3 - Fasting on fruit
Fruit and water. Taking it easy and not doing anything strenuous ...
