Detox Diet - Pixi's Final Report

I don't really understand your Detox Diet, said Mem. What is it about? What's the aim? Really?

Detox is like a sping-cleaning of your body, and the aim is to get rid of all waste and poisonous products in the system that interfere with your metabolism and digestion. When you detox, you clean your body, and you loose weight, get more energy and become healthier. You cleanse your organs, balance your blood-sugar and fill yourself with antioxidants. It's like fasting, but fasting the traditional way is normally by taking fluid food, and this is the difference between the Detox diet and fasting. You eat during a Detox, and you eat vegetables, fruit, nuts, berries, brown rice, natural youghurt and goat cheese. You don't take meat, fish, other milk-products than youghurt, bread, sugar, caffeine and alcohol. It's a quick method for slimming. To reduce weight rapidly. And Detox is a complement to the Low-Carb and GI Diet.

Hmm, said Mem. But have you reduced weight? Are you fitter and healthier after these three days of Detox, Pixi?

Of course! lied Pixi. I feel extraordinary! I have only had a splitting headaceh for two days and I feel totally exhausted and weak. But this is nomal, according to the detox-experts. My body is just having a totally normal reaction because it's craving coffee, or the caffeine I've stopped giving it. But ... this isn't true ... I've had a lot of coffee during these three days. Décaffiné ...

But how much weight did you lose?
