Low Carb - GI.
I've made a bit of research and I just thought, well, I'll do the Low Carb - GI.
I know some people who did the GI, and they said they were happy with it. I read about some diets, and this Low Carb, or GI as the Swedish Low Carb diet is called, seems to be quite easy and sound to follow. You eat, and you eat well. I have to eat when I diet, I don't think I could live on those powdered protein drinks that Stina did when she lost her 8 kilos.
So tomorrow I'll start with the first phase on the programme - the "Tearing Start", as the GI-gurus call it. For 10 days. And I have planned it well. I'm going to travel for some days in 2 weeks time, just after these first 10 days. Yes, I think I have to give myself some credit for good planning ...
