Spring Recipes - Roasted Pear Salad



Pixi likes trying out new savours - like this salad with roasted pears, blue cheese, roasted walnuts and spinach. Easy and very tasty!

50 gr walnuts
4 pears, in thick slices
1 bag of baby spinach, 80 gr
50 gr blue cheese, in "nuggets"
1 tbsp olive oil

1. Roast the walnuts in a dry, hot pan. Roast the sliced pears in the same manner.
2. Put the spinach in a salad bowl, then the roasted pears and the cheese nuggets. Add the walnuts the oil.
Finished!

The recipe serves 4 persons and Pixi got it in the mail the other day.
