100% Backlash - Pineapple Pie Simple
A goodie. A super real goodie!
And a super easy Pineapple Pie from B's Kitchen. With far too much sugar when Pixi is on a diet, but a pie she just can't resist because it's a real favourite ... and a 100% Backlash ...
150 gr butter
3 dl white flour
1 dl sugar
1 tbs baking soda
2 dl crème fraiche
2 eggs
1 tbs vanilla flavoured sugar
1 can crushed pineapples
1. Put the oven at 225 degrees Celsius.
2. Melt the butter in a pan.
3. Make the pie shell: Mix the flour with the sugar and the baking soda. Add the melted butter and mix it to a dough. Butter a pie tin and fill it with the dough, to a pie shell.
4. Make the filling: Beat the crème fraiche, the eggs and the vanilla flavoured sugar together. Pour off the liquid from the crushed pineapples. Add it to crème fraiche mixture. Stir and pour it into the pie shell.
5. Bake the Pineapple Pie Simple in the oven for 15 minutes or until the shell gets a nice colour.
