Pixi's Extras - Olive Dressing Super Duper
A perfect low-carb GI dressing from B's Kitchen! Superb on green salad, green peppers and carrot sticks. Thanks B, you are the Best! As usual!
A recipe for a salad serving 4 persons:
12 black olives (without stones)
1,2 dl olive oil
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 small chopped clove of garlic
1 tbsp creme fraiche
1/2 tsp French Dijon mustard
herb salt
1. Chop the olives finely in a mixer.
2. Add the olive oil, the vinegar and the chopped garlic.
3. Mix the mustard with creme fraiche. Blend it with the other ingredients in the mixer. Add herb salt to your taste.
