GI Phase 1 - 10 days rules

Low Carb GI Diet - the rules day 1 to 10:

Rule No 1: Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner - EVERY DAY!

Rule No 2: Snacks between the meals = vegetables

Rule No 3: Drink much water!

Rule No 4: Drink less coffee!


And this is NOT allowed to eat during the Low Carb GI diet, Phase One:

- bread
- white flour
- porridge
- spaghetti, pasta etc
- potatoes
- beans
- alcoholic beverages
- 1 fruit/day, at maximum
- milk, yogurt etc - 2 dl/day, at maximum
- sugar

And Pixi says she is going to start exercising, hopefully every day - go for a brisk walk, go biking, take a class at the gym. Pilates or yoga ...
