GI Low Carb - Pixi's Day 1 and Day 2

Day 1
GI Low-Carb Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 cup of coffee (Pixi overslept and had to hurry to work)
GI Low-Carb Lunch: green salad, boef bourgionenne, rice, water, coffee
GI Low-Carb Dinner: beef, green salad with alfalfa-sprouts
Snacks: coffee, mint tea in the evening

A really bad start on the GI Low-Carb diet. I overslept and was off balance the whole morning ...

Day 2
GI Low Carb Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of ham. 1 cup of coffee, 1 multivitamin + 1 Omega 3 pill
GI Low Carb Lunch: Pepperoni filled with minced meat and feta cheese, green salad, apple pie (a very small slice) with whipped cream (very little), water, coffee
GI Low Carb Dinner: Shrimps, green salad
Snacks: 4 plums, coffee, mint tea

Day 2 went better than Day 1, but I felt tense and stressed and the morning was awful! Irritation! Started to quarrel with Bie. Usually, I try to avoid getting into a discussion with her, she's a bimbo, but today I couldn't handle her. I exploded! So stupid of me. Was it because of the diet, I wonder ...
