Low Carb GI Diet - Pixi's Day 9



This is really going like on rail! (a Swedish saying when things are going just fine!), says Pixi today.
The Low-Carb GI Quick Start has definitively put me on the right track! I feel HAPPY and GOOD and fine about myself and ... I'm losing weight!
And this was on my menu today:

Low Carb GI Breakfast as usual - ham, crème fraiche, coffee, 1 multivitamin & 1 Omega3
Low Carb GI Lunch - 1 egg, fried fillet of pork, pepper, homemade plum chutney (recipe is coming), water to drink
Low Carb GI Dinner - shrimps, crème fraiche, water
Snacks - water, coffee, plums
+++ Walk - 1/2 hour evening walk with Mem

And I don't fell hungry at all! And my craving for sweets is totally gone! And I just couldn't resist taking a photo of Mem's home-grown pumpkins. They are soooo totally wonderful!
