Low-Carb GI diet - Quick Start Pixi's Day 8

This morning I had lost 2 kilos since last Monday when I started my Low-Carb GI diet Quick Start. I was happy!
And this was on my menu today:

Low-Carb GI-Breakfast: ham, crème fraiche light, 1 cup of coffee, 1 multivitamin & 1 Omega 3 pill
Low-Carb GI-Lunch: Peppers stuffed with minced meat and feta cheese, water to drink, plums, a cup of coffee (again?! ... yes, I like it ..)
Low-Carb GI-Dinner: Shrimps, green salad with cucumbers, Olive Dressing Super Duper, water to drink and coffee
Snacks: water, coffee, mint tea, plums

--- 100% Backlash: a Mocca Shake ... espresso with vanilla ice cream ...
++100% Walk: Mem och I went for a one-hour walk this evening!

But don't you get tired of all the peppers stuffed with minced meat and shrimps and hams and plums? You seem to eat it every day!
No, says Pixi with emphasis. I like it! If you start a Low-Carb GI Diet, eat what you like the most!
And this is Pixi's tip today! On her eighth day on the GI diet!
