Summer Recipes - 3 x Ice Coffee
Pixi likes coffee. This is a fact. And during this hot, hot summer she prepared Ice Coffe. And I LOVE IT! she says. And she says that these recipies are meant for 1 person and that she does ABSOLUTELY NOT take any sugar whatsoever in her coffee!
Ice Coffe in Swedish
1 dl ordinary coffee (strong)
1 dl milk (cold)
4 - 6 ice cubes
2 tsp sugar (optional)
1. Mix coffee, milk, ice cubes (and sugar) in a blender.
2. Serve in a glass with a straw. Garnish with some coffe beans (if you have).
Ice Latte - Ice Coffe in Italian
A double espresso
2 dl milk (cold)
4 - 6 ice cubes
2 tsp sugar
1. Mix sugar and expresso.
2. Mix coffee and ice cubes in a blender.
3. Beat the cold milk to a froth with a milk"whipper".
4. Pour the iced coffe and the milk in a glass.

Frappé - Ice Coffe in Greek
3 tsp espresso néscafé
3 tbs water (cold)
2-3 tbs condensed milk
approx 1,5 dl water (cold)
ice cubes
1. Mix the espresso néscafé and the 3 tbs cold water to a froth - use a shaker or a milk"whipper". Pour the coffee a glass.
2. Mix the condensed milk with approx 1,5 dl cold water. Add it to the coffee.
3. The condensed milk is quite sweet, but if you like your coffee sweet, add extra sugar.
4. Add some ice cubes, garnish with some coffee beans (if you have) and serve the coffee with a straw.
