Diet Drinks - 8 kilos! Stina lost 8 kilos in 8 weeks!

Pixi was chocked! Back in the city after the summer holiday on the island she has been soooo busy, meeting friends and doing this and that. And last Friday she met Stina who spent the whole summer in France. And ... Stina had been slimming! Without saying ANYTHING to Pixi! 8 kilos she had lost! On Diet Drinks!
How did you do it? Pixi asked jealously, since she hadn't succeeded at all with her slimming during the summer ...

Stina's Tips: 8-kilos-gone
Eat, or drink, Protein Diet Shakes and vegetables and fruit for a couple of weeks. And take at least one long walk every day. If you feel bad, which I did the first days, go for a walk. A long one. It works.

OK, Pixi thought, it sounds easy as a pancake. And it worked for Anna Nicole Smith who lost 36 kilos, on TrimpSpa diet pills two years ago. I wonder if it works for me? Perhaps I should try ...?
