South Beach Diet - On the train to Gothenburg ...

Yesterday, on the train from Stockholm to Gothenburg, I just couldn't stop reading the book I got for Easter - about the South Beach diet! This diet is created by dr Arthur Agatston, cardiologist and associate professor of medicine at the University of Miami, Florida, and it's quite well-known since it has been around for some time. But I didn't know much about it. Until yesterday. On the train to Gothenburg.

The South Beach diet
is a kind of low-carb diet, like GI and Atkins, and the diet works in three phases (very much like GI). The book contains menu plans and lots of recipes. Goodies like Balsamic Chicken, Savory Chicken Saute, Grilled Steak with Tomato Relish and desserts!
I will try them, of course. And review them, of course!
Says Pixi today in back in Stockholm. From Gothenburg.
