GI Quick Start - Pixi's Day 5,6,7 ...
Sorry for not having reported for some days! says Pixi today.
Everything is fine. In fact, very fine! No craving for sweets (except once), no nibbling, no small eating and no eating after 7 o'clock in the evening.
The worst thing that can happen is when your are invited to somebody's house for dinner, as I was the other night. But when I said I was on a low-carb GI diet, my hosts only asked me what I was allowed to eat. And on this diet, there are no problems at all. Because you can eat something from most meals.
Low-Carb-GI-Breakfast Day 5, 6, 7: 1-2 boiled eggs, shrimps or ham, crème fraiche light, 1 cup of coffee, 1 multivitamine & 1 Omega 3
Low-Carb-GI-Lunch Day 5: Fillet of plaice cooked in the oven, haricot verts, salad, water, 1 peach, a cup of coffee
Day 6: Stuffed peppers with minced meat and feta cheese,
Day 7: Salad with ham and crème fraiche, plums (too many ...), a cup of coffee
Low-Carb GI-Dinner Day 5: Shrimps, green salad with alfalfasprouts, Olive Dressing Super Duper, water, coffee
Day 6: Beef with onion, green salad, plum pie (small slice) with cream
Day 7: Starter - Shrimps, Main course - Meatballs rolled in bacon, wax beans, green salad, compote of plums with cream
Snacks: vatten, water, coffee, mint tea - and as usual, plums!
But Day 5 I had a real 100% Backlash!
The Pineapple Pie ... there it was, on the table in the dining hall at work. And I just couldn't resist thinking: Just a tiny bit, just to get the taste of it ... please!
But ... after the first tiny slice, I took another, and then one more ... It was divine!
And all the all the plums. The plums are growing like crazy at my aunties' and Mem and I went to pick masses of them the other day. Just to eat. So nice ...
And I haven't been to the gym this week. I haven't even went for a walk. Really outrageously lazy have I been ...
And this was all from Pixi's GI Quick Start Report Day 5, 6 and 7.
