The BEST diet I ever been on!
This is how Pixi summarizes her Low-Carb GI Quick Start Diet. I lost 2.5 kilos eating good! I can't believe it!

And Pixi's best tips during the diet?
Eat your favourites of the GI food, take a vitamin pill every day and plan your Low Carb GI Quick Start during a period when you don't feel stressed by other things. And when your on the diet, have fun doing things you like. You don't think about food so much them.

What I didn't do?
I just couldn't start exercising. I don't know why, but I guess I think it's boring. Here, I really DO NEED some good advice ... please!
